Remote Community Project Management
One of our current projects is for the Kowanyama Aboriginal Shire Council, where we have been engaged to manage the civil works for the subdivision of council land into 24 lots designated for Indigenous housing. The project scope includes essential infrastructure work such as roads, stormwater systems, electrical networks, and more.
Residential Project Management
A1 Services is currently providing professional project management support to Integra Partnerships, who were engaged by Molti to deliver client-side superintendent project management services for the construction of two duplexes at 12 and 14 Wyandra Street, Noosa Heads, and a duplex at 22 Grant Street, Noosa Heads. Closer to home, A1 Services is also directly assisting Integra Partnerships with a project at 2-4 Daniels Street, Byron Bay, which involves the construction of four residential dwellings. At A1 Services we recently consulted with various shires across Victoria, to assess significant sites in need of a new life, safeguarding cultural and structural integrity and playing our part in ensuring that they are safe and enjoyable for generations to come.
Disaster Recovery Assessments
Natural disasters strike without warning, leaving communities devastated and in need of support. During the catastrophic 2022 floods, A1 Services demonstrated leadership in estimating and assessments, providing critical support across four states. We also rapidly mobilised for Cyclone Gabrielle in New Zealand and Cyclone Jasper in FNQ in 2023. Our team undergoes trauma training to help homeowners when they have to relive challenging experiences. By adopting a trauma-informed approach and arranging for social workers or counselors when needed, we build trust and offer comprehensive support. Disaster Recovery Cost Planning
Our Team assisted with Estimating pre works to assisting with funding allocations for State Government works in Victoria. New Timber Posts and Rail fences installed, Galvanized Steel Barriers at river fords, timber post and rail fence repairs, new Cyclone Fencing installation and old playground being decommissioned and new soil installed for revegetation.
