Who we are
A1 Services is a Byron Bay based commercial services firm, providing estimating, project management and marketing services to the construction industry. We are currently expanding our marketing services across Australia including not only commercial building clients but clients from a broad range of industries. This role is based in Byron Bay.
About the role
We are looking for a candidate with experience in marketing who will report directly to our Marketing & Communications Manager, providing integrated marketing support internally to A1 Services, in addition to servicing a range of external clients. Candidates are required to demonstrate their capability and strong work ethic, take ownership of every job, and ensure the delivery of quality work in a timely manner, from start to finish.
With a strong background in marketing, this position requires a high level of expertise in Social Media, Content Creation, Copywriting, CRM, EDM, plus Basic Graphic Design, Website content management, Sponsorships. Plus providing a high level of customer service to the client.
We are looking for the following:
- 3 + Years experience in a generalist marketing role
- Strong computer skills is essential (please include your level of experience)
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication; and client engagement skills
- Ability to work under pressure, manage own time and competing deadlines effectively
- A good work ethic and high level of motivation and organisation skills.
