A1 Services delivers specialist services to the Construction, Property and Disaster Sectors, nationally and abroad. A1 Services offers a suite of marketing services to a broad range of external clients and is looking for a creative and experienced marketer to join the team.
About the role
Situated in our Byron Bay office, the Marketing Coordinator will report directly into our Marketing and Communications Manager, providing integrated marketing support internally to A1 Services, in addition to servicing a range of external clients.
Surrounded by a friendly and supportive team every step of the way, the incumbent of this role will be expected to produce quality work in a consistent and timely manner.
You will be required to carry out the following duties:
Integrated delivery of marketing services to external clients including but not limited to:
- Social media management
- Content Creation
- Copywriting
- Electronic direct mail campaigns
- Basic graphic design
- Website content management
- Advertising
- Sponsorships
- Search Engine Optimisation
- Customer Relationship Management database optimisation.
- Contribute to the development of integrated strategic marketing plans for external clients including above listed marketing components.
- Delivery of marketing initiatives in A1 Services marketing plan.
- Monthly reporting on marketing metrics.
- Manage client accounts.
- 3+ years experience in a generalist marketing role
- Proficiency in planning, execution, and account management of integrated marketing activity
- CRM database experience
- Stakeholder management experience
- Social Media literacy
- Creative thinking skills
- A high level of attention to detail
- Organised and efficient working practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work under pressure, effectively manage time and meet deadlines
- A good work ethic and high level of motivation
- Ability to take direction and work well in a team
